02 — Inspiration
Inspired by Prometheus, and how history keeps collecting.
I was drawn to the way history accumulates through the passage of lineage and tradition, carried forward long after the people who made it are gone.ReferencePrometheus (2012), dir. Ridley Scott · 20th Century Fox
03 — Story
An unknown civilization discovers a new habitable planet.
There, they find remnants and structures that point to ancient life, and to its extinction.04 — Question
Is it the living who exemplify life itself?
Or is it something passed on by the living to the unliving: structures, art, monuments, records. Entropy is about the passage of time, and what will be left of us when we all depart this dimension of corporeality.05 — Process
The first embodiment of my Blender practice, 2023 — 2024.
